I am so glad to find again my favourite section: cuisines!!!! But most of the links to the recepies do not work π i was trying thai, Mexican and japanese
Good evening Jules, quick dinner tonight of chicken breasts cut in half lengthwise,browned, put in a baking dish on top of fav pasta sauce, covered in tomato pesto, salami, ham,pineapple and cheese , baked in the oven till cooked. Vegies on the side.

Just love the recipes in the pantry cookbook! Wonderful to find recipes based on simplicity. I think this would also be a great cookbook for meal planning for traveling in a caravan or similar.

Really interested in how your supplements turn out for you. I take Magnesium also plus a D3 and a few herbals that I have been on for a few years and swear by!
Yes I’m loving the magnesium Bonnie. It’s made exponential improvements to my sleep.
My vitamin D levels were good last time I got tested (the benefits of living in a sunny country)
