  • Hi Jules, I popped on to see some past masterclass recordings but can’t find any active links ~ there is a connection failure message. Can I find the links elsewhere? Hx

    • Sorry you had problems Hannah – I’ve just checked and it’s working for me now. Do you want to try again (and maybe try a different web browser). And if it still doesn’t work – ket me know which ones you want to watch I can send you a link to watch on vimeo.

  • Is there an uploaded recording of the “5 Lies” Masterclass? I am catching up on some of these QnA’s (& enjoying them!) and it was mentioned in one of them. thanks!!

    • I’m so glad you asked Elizabeth – I meant to post the recording here as well but forgot!

Have added it in (between the Oct and Sept QnA recordings). So glad you’re enjoying 🙂

  • Thank you very much Jules for the answer about avocado in the Webinar 2020 June! It is very helpful to me to know more about avocado.
Now I know there are two types of them. I bought a green one, and waited and expected to mature, but it rotted. 😀 😀 Now I know if I buy a green one, then it is green and it is ok, and never will be dark. I will continue the experiments, thank you!

  • Hello Jules,

I’ve finally had time to listen to the Feb 2020 webinar. I’m very excited to hear about your plans for Sunday Kitchen Sessions. For the past few months we’ve been prepping and eating this way for most of our meals. It’s been great, and I’m looking forward to your ideas around component cooking.

    Thanks,

    Samantha

    • Lovely to hear from you Samantha!

I like the term ‘component’ cooking

Now I need to get onto those plans 🙂

  • Hi Jules

I just finished watching your June 2017 webinar. Thanks for answering my question regarding adapting recipes to serve for more people.
I got some great tips, particularly enjoyed you covering the frypan and pot you use, they are a big investment so it’s good to have some honest reviews. Your topic on oils and fermenting was also very good to know.
Do you have a resource on your website which coverts cup measurements to weight, for e.g. Where a recipe calls for 1/2 plain flour what the weight would be?

    Thanks
    Kath

  • My computer is down so I could not join in the webinar yesterday but I have the use of an ipad and can watch previous webinars but yesterday sI cant find with the others. There is only one for 2014 and I joined in that one but where is yesterdays?I would love to hear it.Many thanks Bebaki

    • Sorry Bebaki!
I’ve just put the video recording up. You should be able to see it now.
I had problems uploading over the weekend. And I’ll have the audio version up later in the week.
      Jx
