5 Ingredient Cranberry Sauce

chicken
or vegetable stock
1
medium jar
commercial cranberry sauce
approx 275g/ 10oz
300
g
sweetened dried cranberries (craisins)
(11oz)
2-4
tablespoons
worcestershire sauce
or soy sauce

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a large saucepan.
Bring to a boil then reduce the heat. Simmer for 15 – 20 minutes or until thickened and the cranberries are tender.
Add turkey/chicken cooking juices, (if using, this is optional) and bring back to a simmer.
Taste and season with a little more sugar and or sauce and serve warm or at room temperature.
