Intro Video
Did you know that 3 of the top 10 restaurants in the world are in Spain?
Spain is often overlooked in favour of France and Italy as home to the worlds great cuisines. However as anyone who has visited Andalucia knows, the Spanish know a thing or two about good food.
Actually I would venture that they know just as much as the French and the Italians. And it seems the judges of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants agree.
You know what I really love about Spain?
They do it in a laid back, honest style.
Which is probably why this Aussie girl counts Spain as one of her top 5 countries to travel to. Especially the beautiful city of Barcelona.
Hope you enjoy this deep dive into Spanish cuisine, Stonesoup-style.
