Ingredients
1-2
tablespoons
olive oil
1
teaspoon to 1 tablespoon
flavouring
2
large handfuls
greens
washed & sliced
1
squeeze of
lemon
optional
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan.
Add the flavouring and the greens and continue to cook stirring for a few minutes until they are just wilted.
Remove from the heat. Taste and season with salt, pepper and a little lemon juice, if you like.
