Strawberries with Balsamic and Mascapone

- 1 tablespoon aged balsamic vinegar
- 250 g strawberries
- mascapone or thick cream to serve
Instructions
- Remove the tops from the strawberries and slice lengthwise.
- Toss with the vinegar. Serve with mascapone or cream.
