Preheat a large frying pan on a medium high heat. Add a little oil and cook beef, stirring every now and then until beef is well browned.
Add spice, salt and pepper and cook for another minute or so. Remove beef from the pan and place in a clean bowl.
Add a little more oil to the pan and reduce the heat to medium. Add cabbage and cook covered stirring periodically until the cabbage is no longer crunchy. Will take 5-10 minutes.
Return beef to the pan and warm through. Add a squeeze of lemon, taste and add more if needed.
