Instructions
Boil the kettle.
Place bulky ingredient, vegetables, and flavour for the liquid in a heatproof container, preferably with a lid.
Fill your containers with boiling water. Top with the lids and stand for 2 minutes, or longer if you prefer your veg less crunchy.
Scatter over flavour highlight. Taste & adjust seasoning if necessary.
