Instructions
Preheat your oven to 150C (300F).
Combine honey and oil in a small saucepan and heat until hot and really runny.
Mix oats and bran in a large bowl. Add honey mixture and stir until well mingled.
Spread on a baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes.
Stir granola. Add nuts and bake for another 15 minutes.
Continue to stir and bake every 15 minutes until granola is deeply golden – about 1 hour all up.
Cool on the tray before storing in airtight containers or zip lock bags.
