Preheat your oven to 180C (350F). Line a rectangular tin approx 16x26cm (6x10in) with baking paper.
Melt butter or coconut oil. Remove from the heat. Add chocolate and stand for a few minutes.
Stir and when the chocolate has melted add the stevia and eggs, stirring well. Then add the coconut flour and stir until well mixed.
Pour into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Place dollops of peanut butter over the top. Using a knife or a spoon swirl the peanut butter to make it really pretty!
Bake for 8-12 minutes or until just cooked around the edges but still a little moist in the middle. It’s super important not to over bake!
Cool in the tin for at least an hour but preferably longer before cutting into squares.
