BBQ Coffee Rub

Ingredients
- 240 g ground black pepper
- 140 g ground coffee
- 40 g dried chilli flakes
- 100 g fine salt
- 10 g cumin
Instructions
- Combine ground peppercorns, coffee, chilli flakes, salt and cumin.
- Store in an airtight container.
