medium can salmon
200g / 7oz

cups
cooked rice
200g / 7oz

tablespoons
soy sauce
PLUS ingredient
2
green onions / scallions / shallots
chopped (optional)
Instructions
Heat a wok or frying pan on a high heat. Add a generous glug of oil then add the rice and stir fry for a few minutes until the rice is hot.
Add the drained salmon and cook until it is hot as well.
Remove from heat and stir in soy sauce. Taste and add extra soy as needed.
Serve hot rice topped with green onions (if using)
