Vegetarian Thanksgiving Menu

Vegetarians won’t be disappointed when they have mushrooms AND lentils to enjoy.

NOTE: Save the menu to your favourite collections. Then adjust the number of servings for each recipe.

Scheduling + Timing

1-2 days before
Roast almonds.
Make dessert.

In the morning
Make Cranberry Mayo
Cook lentils and keep warm on the stove top. Don’t add ricotta or parsley.
Make cabbage salad but don’t add walnuts or parmesan.

When you’re ready to serve.
Cook mushroom ‘steaks’
Add parsley and ricotta to lentils.
Toss salad and add walnuts and parmesan.
