Just some feedback, I like these ingredient spotlights. They put all the useful information in one place (I only discovered this year I ‘love’ cabbage… who would have known?) and then give me easy access to a range of good (and simple) ways I can use them (without having to browse through 1,000 recipes), which I can then modify myself should I need to, thanks to your teachings!
