I just reorganized my pantry and am so proud of me! The course was great – helped me get focused (again!) on simplifying my meal making and still have good meals. I have upped the amount of mise-en-place I am doing (I prefer the term building blocks) and this is making my time in the kitchen at dinner so much more productive (and shorter) and our meals are healthier too. Having cooked greens in the fridge makes it much more likely that we’re going to eat them rather than throw them out at the end of the week. Thanks Jules. You are definitely what I liked to call “a bright light” in my life. Keep up the good work and have a wonderful Christmas holiday.
