Hi Jules, thanks for this prod to get organised and form a valuable new habit. For me, it’s about being organised with quick and tasty anti-inflammatory meal plans to improve health, reduce meal-planning stress levels, and allow more time and energy for getting other things done. I love that your recipes are simple, flexible for different dietary needs and include basic components that can be cooked ahead and used flexibly. You’ve really influenced my cooking skills over the years, and the way that you have evolved your system to allow recipe and meal planning organisation online and coach new habits is fantastic. I’ve fallen into a cooking rut lately, so this will help me to climb out. The irony is that my husband has opted to grab take-away pizza tonight, but no shame and little steps! 🙂
Yay for no shame Jane! Youre in the right place 🙂
I’m in and looking forward to it.
Yay Donna!
I think I’m out, because I didn’t realize this was about meal planning, and I already do regular meal planning. We haven’t had any takeout in a couple of years.
