
Burger Basics
Years ago I had lunch in Barcelona and ordered the ‘burger’ special which came out as a beef patty on a plate with an incredibly delicious red wine sauce.
I was blown away.
It tasted amazing.
And was super satisfying with a herby quinoa based salad on the side.
Ever since then I’ve been pretty flexible in my burger definitions.
What makes a good burger?
Well for me it just needs to have a patty of some sort.
And possible a sauce.
That’s is.
So if you’re a burger purist, this might not be the best training for you!
However if you’re like me (and my boys) and you love a good burger in all their different forms I hope you’ll enjoy this celebration of all things burger.
