Mint Sauce

This mint sauce goes great with roast lamb. It is particularly wonderful with fresh mint from the garden.
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon boiling water
2 tablespoons chopped mint
1 ½ tablespoons white vinegar
Place sugar in a sauce boat or small bowl. Add boiling water and stir to dissolve the sugar. Stir through mint and vinegar.
