10 Ingredient Shopping List 1

This shopping list is the shortest of the collection. The go-to proteins in this collection of recipes are good old fashioned steak and chicken thigh fillets. Hummus has been included to add protein and substance to the ‘meat-free Monday’ vegetarian recipe of the group.

This it the vegetarian collection of the series. If you don’t have access to canned lentils, you can substitute cooked, dried lentils. We’ll be going into more detail on cooking lentils in module 3. but for now just cook them in boiling water like pasta until they are tender and use as per the recipe.
