Hi Maeghan
We talked about it a little in the webinar.
It really depends on what I’m doing but I probably spend about an hour a day cooking (dinner (including cleaning up) lunch and breakfast) during the week. But sometimes longer.
Then on the weekend I could spend 4 hours pottering around making yoghurt and all sort of things. The thing is it’s fun for me so I never feel like I’m ‘slaving’ except for the cleaning up part.
Glad to hear you’re enjoying the planning videos! Appreciate the feedback!
I’m very curious to know how many hours you spend cooking each week. If you’ve covered this topic elsewhere, please point me in the right direction!
As much as I love cooking and playing in the kitchen, I really don’t like spending hours prepping and cooking and “slaving over a hot stove.” So, what do you do? I love looking in your fridge every week and seeing what’s left from the previous week, all your fresh foods, the way you’ve stored things.
