Welcome to our first full day of recipes for the planning class!
It’s Saturday and we’re having some friends over for dinner so the menu is looking a lot more fancy that I would usually be cooking. Don’t worry, we’ll be going back to more simple meals during the week.
SATURDAY BRUNCH
:: a classic omelette with baby spinach*
SATURDAY DINNER
:: salt roast almonds
—
:: slow roast beef brisket
:: BBQ sauce
:: cheat’s hollondaise
:: baby cos salad with buttermilk dressing
:: the ultimate roast potatoes*
—
:: chocolate peanut butter tart with double cream
Note: The recipes with an asterix ‘*’ have been included in our ‘template recipe collection’. The others are just for fun and interest.

Thanks Michelle!
It was actually linking to an old blog that I no longer have. So I’ve removed the link.
Really appreciate you taking the time to let me know!

re: romesco, what if you don’t have a grill, is there a way to roast the pepper and get same results? also, what is “saffron water” in same recipe?
i understood that hollandaise doesn’t keep well and will “break” if you refrigerate and then reheat, is this not true?
