  • ooooh. it’s Zero degrees here in Winter. I’m happy for every freezing day. Cooped up! and how the world doth change! My first comment is merely going to be about writing! I’ve got an organizational difficulty with commas! but opened a book from the 1960s I unearthed through lockdown lololol. And there’s commas all over this book, too!! The stories comma and comma then comma more stories. And maybe more. And you’ve dedicated it to your dad which comma in my life, 🙂 is a wonderful adventure, as well! Thank you!!

  • Hi Jules,

Am really enjoying the courses so far! Am about to try your brownie recipe and this is probably a stupid question but can I substitute Creme fraiche for the whipping cream?

    • Hi Laura!

There’s no such thing as a stupid question… so I’m really glad you asked.

I probably wouldn’t substitute Creme fraiche for whipping cream because the tartness would be a little weird with the chocolate.

Coconut cream would work though 🙂
