BREAKFAST
I had a couple of egg whites in the fridge from making ‘cheat’s hollondaise‘ on the weekend. So decided to go for a ‘semi’ egg white omelette. Bascially I followed our classic omelette template recipe but used 2 whole eggs and 2 whites. I topped the omelette with a handful of chopped cauliflower, a teaspoon of my ‘secret spice’ blend and a handful of grated parmesan. So good.
