  • Just having had a baby three weeks ago, I am both tired and hungry. I really like your make ahead approach and the simplicity of your nutritious dinners. I am hoping to learn new skills and new ideas for creating fast healthy meals.

    Although I am from Spain and we are famous for our food, I am not good at all in the kitchen. I want to take care of my health and I’ve started to eat paleo. Because I think we are what we eat, I will be better (I am overweighted) if I eat better and healthier.

    I am willing to start the course!!

    Like Sarah Charters, I am also excited to be here. Also like Sarah, I have had no training at all in the kitchen. As a never been married man, I have been encouraged by parents and family to attempt cooking, and burn up some pots and pans. I just figured eating at the buffets and home cooking places would work.
    Any case, Being diagnosed with High Blood Pressure, and Doctor telling me that I need to change my diet or else, I believe its time for a change.
    Great starter video, and I see there is a lot on this site. I am happy to be a part of your class. I still have a few hours before rising for work, so I will check your bonus’s out later.

    I’m SO EXCITED to be here. I’m actually at work at the moment.. I have a ton of actual work to do, but I am so eager to learn new things from you.
    Unlike a lot of people, I have had no training at all in the kitchen from my parents or grandparents. In fact, it wasn’t until when I got married that my non-cooking husband told me that I shouldn’t use the same tongs for raw and cooked chicken (gasp!)
    Everything I know now is self taught.. and so here I am, trying to learn even more.

    My little sister is off to UOW next year and also knows next to zero in the way of cooking, so I’ll be teaching her too..

  • The hardest part of my day is figuring out what to have for dinner! I often forget about simplicity and when I’m taking a course with StoneSoup I get reminded that good meals don’t have to be complicated! Thanks.
