1/4 white cabbage
2 onions

pantry / dried goods:
1 can red kidney beans*
1 can lentils*
2 cans tomatoes
175g (3oz) almond meal*
1 tablespoon instant dashi powder
100g (3oz) dried soba noodles
1 tablespoon soy sauce
fried shallots, optional
3/4 cup couscous
ground cumin
ground coriander

meat/fish/eggs:
500g (1lb) minced (ground) kangaroo or / beef**
3-4 chicken breasts**
4 chicken thigh fillets**
2 eggs*
300g (12oz) firm tofu*

chilled goods:
4 knobs butter
1/2 cup whipping cream

frozen goods:
1 packet frozen spinach
1 cup frozen peas

note:
