2 large tortillas
1 dried ancho chilli
1 can black beans (400g / 14oz)*
1 jar roasted red peppers*
1 can tomato (400g / 14oz)
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
pinch saffron threads
sherry vinegar
meat/fish/eggs:
400g/14oz ground beef**
2 chorizo**
3-4 chicken thigh fillets**
500g (1lb) white fish fillets (like flathead)**
chilled / frozen goods:
4-6 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 cup pouring (heavy) cream
100g (3oz) goats cheese*
1 sheet frozen puff pastry
