Simple Slow Cooking Masterclass

In the depth of Winter, there are few things more comforting and warming than a slow cooked meal.

One of the things I love about this time of year is the chance to indulge in hearty soups, stews and braises.

The perfect antidote to long, dark nights and crisp, frosty mornings.

Whether these dishes simmer away on the stove top, in the oven or in your electric slow cooker, it’s up to you. The results are all good.

It’s amazing what a few humble ingredients can become when given enough time. I like to think of it as kitchen alchemy.

If you have any questions post them in the comments below OR email me jules@thestonesoup.com.

I’ll answer as quickly as I can.

Don’t forget to get your family and friends involved. After all, its the same price for your whole household to learn! [/tab] [tab]
