Food presentation examples

The thing to remember with food presentation is that there is no ‘wrong way’.

If it makes you happy, then it’s all good.

The other thing I think we all need to keep in mind is that it can be fun to mix things up and try new methods and styles. Changing the way you present food, afterall, changes the way we experience the meal.

So even an old favourite recipe can feel new and exciting if you present it in a different way.

Here are a few examples of different ways to present this weeks recipes… just a few ideas to stimulate your creativity!

other ideas for this dish:
§ dress the spinach leaves with a little lemon juice and olive oil and serve in a separate bowl as a side salad
§ rather than stirring the capers into the sauce, keep them separate to sprinkle over the dish and add a little more colour
