Welcome to the Simple Breadmaking at Home Masterclass!
The journey to becoming a confident home bread maker has been a long one for me. These days I’m still a little surprised how I am now able to make gorgeous rustic bread without much effort.
My heart still swells a little with pride as I pull a loaf from the oven. And soon yours will too!
If you have any questions post them on the private flickr discussion group OR email me jules@thestonesoup.com.
I’ll answer as quickly as I can.
Don’t forget to get your family and friends involved. After all, its the same price for your whole household to learn!

a note about allergies
This class is intended as a lesson in classic baking, so the focus is on standard wheat based flours. Unlike all the other classes at The Stonesoup Virtual Cookery school, it hasn’t been practical to include options for different dietary requirements for this class due to the time and technical difficulty of converting bread recipes to being gluten-free.
If you are really interested in gluten-free bread making, please get in touch. If there is sufficient interest I’ll plan to run a GF baking class some time in the future.
