what to watch out for

When we reduce the carbohydrates in our diet, we change the way our bodies use energy. There can be some short term side effects with this change including weakness, fatigue, nausea, diarrhoea, constipation and dizziness. If you encounter any negative side effects please stop the changes to your diet and consult your doctor.

If you are on medication especially for diabetes or high blood pressure, it’s critical that you consult your doctor before radically changing your diet.
