Very excited about having purple spouting broccoli from the garden.. my first time tasting this wonderful veg… let’s just say I’m in love 🙂
SUN. BBQ chicken with fresh borlotti beans & crunchy green salad
MON. Pan fried halloumi with super simple asparagus & chilli oil
TUES. BBQ swordfish with chilli oil & burnt carrot salad
WED. Leftover BBQ chicken with brocco-slaw
THURS. Gnocchi alla norma (roast eggplant sauce)
FRI. Simple Roast Chook with a chickpea salad & garlicky mayo
