Two sets of visitors this week. Something normally unheard of in these parts. Lots of BBQ action for the first week of Summer

MON. BBQ steaks with chimichurri & burnt carrot salad
TUES. Tofu lasagne with shaved cabbage salad
WED. Beef fillet with coffee rub (from Made with Love) and cheat’s hollondaise. Gratin potatoes & shaved cabbage salad
THURS. Pork chops with pico de gallo & shaved fennel salad
FRI. BBQ chicken with harissa (from Made with Love) & chips
