    • Oh thank you Peggy!

I’ve been working on stopping myself saying ‘uumm’ all the time. It really mans a lot that you took the time to say this. Thank you!

  • I’m impressed. My problem is that I have been spending too much time in the planning stage (without actually producing a plan) and in the shopping stage (poorly connected to the incomplete plan). As a result I end up with not enough energy or time to put good meals on the table, and too much food accumulating in the fridge and on the shelf. Your approach gives me hope.

  • Hi There:
I am eating healthier and enjoying my food more than ever. The objective is to eat more protein because proteins satisfy hunger without the discomfort of bloating. My Type 2 Diabetes is under control without “daily medication” and I no longer have “sugar cravings”. Meals are a joy, and cooking is a pleasure. Flavours are enhanced by the use of seasonal herbs and fragrant spices. I continue to bake cakes and pies for my friends and family because it is not fair that my “deficiency” should dictate dessert preferences. So, here I am, Jules, serving up fruit pies while I enjoy the baking aromas and look forward to your Video 2.
    Thank you…

    • Love that you have such a clear picture of where you want to get to Elaine – thanks for sharing.

Also love that you are enjoying the baking aromas of those fruit pies.

Something you might want to consider is that maybe your diabetes isn’t a ‘deficiency’ – what if it’s actually a blessing to guide you to make healthier choices? That’s how I choose to see mine.

  • I want to eat a more healthy diet in order to better control my diabetes. I also would kike to feel more fit.
