  • As feedback, all meal plans are written for everyone and include tips to slant meals towards particular preferences. Every person has their own preferences for eating and enjoying food. I wonder if the dietary variability can be controlled in your β€˜Settings’. For example, I have Type-Two diabetes and prefer meals presented as Ketogenic recipes with a slant towards meat eating or a carnivore diet with suitable vegetables, low-carb fruits and low-carb sweets. It would simplify matters if I could go to β€˜Settings’ and select low-carb Ketogenic meals. Thank you.

  • I forgot to say and hopefully the moderator can add. We have been growing cherry tomatoes and thus have lots so I add them to the last few minutes of cooking. Works brilliantly! Lisa

  • Hi Jules, I have been making your recipes for years now and never written so first off thank you for your inspiration and delicious, simple recipes. My absolute favourite recipe at the moment is the Fast roast salmon with miso mayo. It is so good.
    Thanks again, Lisa and family.

    • Thanks for letting me know Lisa! So good to hear from you.

And if you think of any ways I can make things more useful – let me know πŸ™‚

  • Hi Jules, while the website was down I revisited your 5 ingredients in 10 minutes cook book. What a joy. I have bookmarked pages and have revisited old favourites and have some new ones to try. Great book, highly recommend. Thanks Jules

  • Jules, Many thanks! I am thrilled with your new app! What a fabulous gift that will keep on giving!

Also, I made Smoked Tofu, Peas, and Feta bowls last night! Fabulous! Not one bite left over! My husband and daughter both had seconds! So easy too! Will definitely be one of my Muscle Memory Meals.

Again, many thanks for the gift of the app. I have hoped for this in Android since I started NHC.

Blessings to you and yours today and always!
    Pam

  • I made Mexican Eggs for lunch today and they were very good. I added some hot Italian sausage (chorizo would have been better) because I had a package from the freezer with just 4 ounces, which is what I wanted. Also used a big jar homemade salsa verde (also out of the freezer) because I so strongly dislike canned tomatoes. I did not see the warning to let the eggs be room temperature in time to accomplish that, and had to flip the eggs over to get the whites to finish cooking (spooning hot salsa over them did not work). This is a definite keeper recipe, and I highly recommend using salsa verde is you can find it or have some sitting around like I did..

  • My two favorite recipes this week (which will last me for the week) are Green Sausage Supper and Chile Oil Halloumi. I plan on using Chili Crisp and roasting Brussel sprouts since I have those on hand. And, I love Chili Crisp – on lots of foods.

    • Yes Pam – so when you add them to other collections they get copied across – so if you want to remove them from the inbox collection you need to delete them. πŸ™‚

  • Hi Jules. Can you please advise if I made a mistake. I moved approx eighteen or so recipes from the Old Favourites to Inbox by opening the recipe and clicking onto Add to Inbox. They all appeared but after moving about and returning to Colletions and Inbox they aren’t there? John

  • Hi Jules
I had been successfully moving recipes from Inbox to Collections. However now, when I try to add from Inbox, the list is there but only the = sign appears on far left – I can’t click anything as there is no plus sign. Are you able to advise?

    • Sorry you’ve had problems Pam!

Have you tried opening the collection you want to add to – and then clicking on the add item option at the bottom of the collection? (you might need to scroll down to see this)

Caroline will email you to help get this resolved for you πŸ™‚

  • Hi Jules, I’ve had a very upsetting week at home. I haven’t eaten all the food I bought last week. I have never planned a whole week of meals myself before. I’m going to look in the fridge and see what fresh stuff I have and go from there.

  • I am trying to add a recipe from Plan B to a collection I made called “Tried and Liked” but I can’t. What I see doesn’t match video. It tells me to drag and drop but won’t show where to drop it, won’t scroll, and just gives me the circle with the line through it icon. Help?

  • Hi Jules,

With this meal plan, (southern Hemisphere) are you giving us the main meal for the day and we are adding other meals as our hunger depicts?

    Thanks,
    Leonie.

    • Great question Leonie!

Yes it’s just for your main meal – and then it’s up to you to decide what you do for the rest of the day. Most people have their go-tos for breakfast and lunch. But of you want some new ideas, the recipe index has pages devoted to each meal.

  • Hi Jules

I can’t move my recipes around my inbox? I want to put them in different folders but am not sure how to do that?

    Thank you so much!

    Louise
